Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at I-20 in Arlington, TX on March 9th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:36 p.m. According to investigators, a GMC Yukon operated by 29-year-old Alexis Dawn Peace was headed eastbound on I-20 before crossing multiple lanes into a guardrail. The vehicle veered over the guardrail before crashing into a concrete bridge. Peace, who officers allege may have been under the influence of alcohol, suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
