Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at Nasa Pkwy in Harris County, TX on September 7th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:46 p.m. A Mitsubishi Outlander operated by 27-year-old Alexsa Bickley is accused of failing to control its speed and colliding with the rear of a Chevrolet Silverado operated by 50-year-old Leticia Monzon. Bickley suffered serious injuries while Monzon suffered minor injuries. Bickley was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
