What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a several people at FM 2090 in Montgomery County, TX on March 5th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10:47 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda Accord was headed westbound, approaching the intersection with FM 1485. Officers allege the vehicle disregarded a red light, at the intersection and collided with a Toyota Tundra during a left turn. The driver of the Toyota, identified 71-year-old Alfredo Castrejon Sr, was seriously injured, according to police. His three passengers, including 62-year-old Martha Castrejon, had injuries believed to be non-life-threatening. The driver of the Honda, identified as 38-year-old Daniel Morrison, also had non-life-threatening injuries. Officers have expressed suspicion of possible intoxication in the collision.
