Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at US 90 in San Antonio, TX on October 9th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:45 p.m. A Jeep Wrangler operated by 34-year-old Alice Noriega is said to have swerved to avoid a vehicle that cut the Jeep off, causing it to hit a guardrail and overturn. Both the driver and her passenger, 34-year-old Christopher Noriega, are said to have suffered serious injuries. Police allege that the driver, Alice Noriega, was intoxicated while driving and records indicate an Intoxication Assault charge was issued.
