Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Walnut St in Garland, TX on March 20th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:33 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Tundra operated by 30-year-old Allan Cole Moorhead was headed eastbound on West Walnut Street when it veered from the road over a curb. It then traveled through several yards before crashing into a tree. Moorhead and two passengers, ages 30 and 5, were hospitalized with serious injuries. Records indicate an Intoxication Assault With Vehicle charge was recommended and/or issued.
