Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at Franklin St in Houston, TX on April 19th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:57 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Suburban operated by a 37-year-old Houston man was on Franklin St prior to failing to control its speed and colliding with the rear of a Hyundai Palisade operated by 31-year-old Alyssa Foster. Foster was seriously injured while a passenger, 52-year-old Kimberly Hall, suffered minor injuries. Two other passengers also suffered minor injuries.
