Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Randolph St in San Angelo, TX on August 2nd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:53 a.m. A commercial truck operated by a 41-year-old San Angelo man was northbound on S Randolph at a stop sign when it reversed into a Chevrolet Silverado behind it. The driver of the Silverado, 79-year-old Amalia Swirsky, suffered minor injuries. The other driver was not injured and charged with Backing Without Safety.
