State Police are investigating a crash that injured a person at Doffing Rd in Hidalgo County, TX on March 24th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:10 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Titan operated by a 52-year-old male was headed northbound on Doffing Rd reportedly lost control before veering across the westbound side of the road. The vehicle ended up colliding with a Honda Accord that was sitting stationary on a private drive. The driver of the Honda, identified as 59-year-old Amalia Villarreal, suffered injuries believed to be serious in nature. The occupants of the Nissan were not injured.
