Police say the incident happened around 6:08 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 headed westbound on Limmer Loop is alleged to have veered across a left turn-only lane, crossing into an eastbound lane. There, reports say the truck collided with an eastbound GMC Sierra C1500. Reports indicate the driver of the GMC, identified as 25-year-old Amanda De Wolfe, was seriously injured. The Ford operator, identified as 63-year-old Brodie Campbell, was fatally injured. Additional information was not immediately available.
