Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-10 and Horizon Dr in San Antonio, TX on March 10th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:54 p.m. A Ford Focus operated by 28-year-old Amanda Rocha reportedly was headed eastbound on East Horizon Dr when the vehicle continued straight at a spilt and collided head-on with a concrete barrier. Rocha, who police believe was intoxicated while driving, suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized. Records indicate authorities recommended a charge of Driving While Intoxicated.
