Area authorities have information on a crash that injured a driver at FM 1488 in Montgomery County, TX on October 1st, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:45 a.m. A Toyota Rav 4 operated by 26-year-old Amber Stallings is said to have been headed eastbound on FM 1488 when it veered from the road into a large pile of dirt before continuing into a light pole and veering into a ditch. Stallings, who responding officers say allegedly smelled of alcohol at the scene, was seriously injured in the crash.
