What Happened

Authorities in Houston, TX, are investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred on March 23, 2025, around 9:31 p.m. on Aldine Westfield Road. A 2004 Chevrolet Malibu traveling allegedly veered from its lane of travel for unclear reasons before it collided head-on with a Cadillac Escalade traveling south. The 38-year-old driver of the Malibu, identified as Andrea Guadalupe Morrison, sustained fatal injuries. The 26-year-old driver of the Escalade was uninjured, while three passengers—a 25-year-old woman, a 4-year-old girl, and a 3-year-old girl—sustained minor injuries.  Lane departure was identified as a contributing factor. The investigation is incomplete.
