Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured three people at State Hwy 199 in Fort Worth, TX on September 7th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 3:56 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Tundra headed northbound is alleged to have crossed a double yellow line, entering into southbound lanes. There, reports say the vehicle collided head-on with a Ford Escape. Authorities say the driver of the Ford, identified as 25-year-old Andria Quick, was seriously injured. Also seriously injured was a 4-year-old child in the Toyota and the 51-year-old driver, who was not publicly identified. Sources indicate that driver was charged with DWI and Intoxication Assault.
