What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at Murdeaux Lane in Dallas, TX on June 8th, 2024. Polices say the incident happened around 11:45 p.m. According to investigators, an SUV headed westbound is said to have turned northbound before striking a man in the roadway. Authorities say a second vehicle also struck the man and both vehicles involved fled the scene. The man involved,  identified as 41-year-old Angel Varela Claros, was hospitalized with injuries he later died from. Additional information was not available.
