Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at US 190 in Polk County, TX on November 5th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:45 p.m. According to investigators, a GMC C1500 operated by a 51-year-old Livingston man was westbound on US 19 at the time. Also traveling westbound behind the GMC was a  Nissan Rogue operated by 50-year-old Angela Baker, reports say. Police allege the GMC was attempting a turn before pulling into the path of the approaching Nissan, the two vehicles colliding as a result. Sources indicate both  Baker and the Livingston man were seriously injured in the crash. Additional information was not available.
