What Happened

Marshall Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at FM 449 in Marshall, TX on February 11th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. 50-year-old Angela Reena Flamer is said to have been walking down the roadway when she was struck by a vehicle. They vehicle fled the scene after the collision and shortly after Flamer was struck by a second vehicle operated by 78-year-old Thomas Earl Jackson. Police say Jackson was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle. Flamer suffered fatal injuries from the collision.
