Police say the incident happened around 11:37 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Camry headed westbound on Parker Rd was in the process of turning at an intersection when it was struck by an approaching Mercedes-Benz 300. Reports claim the Toyota may have failed to yield while the Mercedes may have been speeding. The driver of the Toyota, identified as 92-year-old Anita Hood, was fatally injured.
