Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Mansfield St in Houston, TX on April 17th, 2022. Officials are saying it happened around 8:27 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Impala operated by 63-year-old Annette Braggs was traveling eastbound on Mansfield St when, for unknown reasons, it veered from the road. The vehicle landed in a nearby ditch and the impact from the crash caused Braggs to suffer fatal injuries. There were no passengers or other vehicles involved in the incident.
