Annette Richardson, Scott Richardson, Felix Saenz Injured in Accident at Potranco Rd in San Antonio, TX

San Antonio Police have information on a crash that injured at least three people at Potranco Rd in San Antonio, TX on October 28th, 2021. The crash was reported to have happened around 10:47 p.m. Initial reports suggest a vehicle headed eastbound on Potranco road is said to have run a red light and collided with a second vehicle making a left turn from Rousseau St onto Potranco. The driver of the second vehicle, 47-year-old Annette Richardson, is said to have suffered minor injuries as did 45-year-old passenger, Scott Richardson. Another passenger, Carolyn Desmuke, was evaluated for possible injuries. 77-year-old Felix Saenz, the final passenger, was said to have been seriously injured and was hospitalized. Responding officers allege there was a strong odor of alcohol emitting from the the driver of the first vehicle, 27-year-old Ruben Herreda, as they interviewed him at the scene. They also allege slurred speech and poor balance. Failure to Stop and Render Aid and Intoxication Assault charges were reportedly suggested by officers on the part of Herreda.
