What Happened

San Antonio Police are investigating a crash that injured a pedestrian at N Walters and Dignowity in San Antonio, TX in March 18th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:45 p.m. According to investigators, a Chrysler 200 was traveling northbound on N Walters St and turned left onto Dignowity Ave when it collided with a southbound N Walters St Chrysler 300. The collision pushed both vehicles into the corner of the intersection where they struck Ansel Mitchell. Mitchell was taken to an area hospital and suffered fatal injuries.
