Reports allege the Dodge traveled onto the wrong side of the road, colliding head-on with the Toyota. The driver of the Prius, identified as 34-year-old Anthony Rodriguez and 31-year-old passenger, Kimberly Perez, suffered fatal injuries in the collision.
