Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at FM 1097 and Bilnoski Rd in Montgomery County, TX on June 22nd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:16 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 55-year-old Katy, TX man reportedly failed to yield and made a turn into the path of a Hyundai Genesis operated by 50-year-old Ardra Murray. The Hyundai then veered from the road into a bar ditch in order to avoid a collision and collided with a concrete culvert. Murray suffered minor injuries. The truck deriver was not injured and was issued a citation for Failure to Yield.
