Are authorities are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at State Hwy 121 in Lewisville, TX on May 21st, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10:58 p.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Compass operated by a 69-year-old Flower Mount woman is alleged to have failed it yield right of while while turning left. The vehicle traveled into the path of a southbound motorcycle operated by 50-year-old Aric Hurt. Hurt suffered fatal injuries in the crash while the Flower Mound woman was not injured, according to police. Authorities have recommended and/or issued a charge of Intoxication Manslaughter.
