Dallas Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at in the Oak Cliff area in Dallas, TX on July 19th, 2021. Police say a Honda Civic traveling at a high rate of speed collided with a black pickup truck. It then veered from the road and crashed into a man on a riding lawnmower.
