Authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person at US 183 in Mustang Ridge, TX on December 22nd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12:49 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor trailer headed northbound on US 183 is said to have been crossing the State Hwy 130 intersection before colliding with an eastbound Ford Econoline van. Reports allege the truck may have run a red light at the intersection prior to the collision, which left 50-year-old Ford passenger, Arnulfo Perez, fatally injured. The driver of the van, identified as 25-year-old Omar Perez-Paredes and a passenger, 19-year-old Israel Perez-Paredes, were both seriously injured, reports say.
