Police are investigating a crash that injured at least two people at State Hwy 136 in Potter County, TX on September 9th, 2024. Officials say the incident happened around 3:45 p.m. According to investigators, a Lexus RX 350 is alleged to have failed to control its speed before colliding with the rear of a Toyota Prius, pushing it into a Dodge Charger ahead. Authorities say the driver of the Toyota, identified as 81-year-old Arthur Foster, was seriously injured. A 79-year-old passenger, who was not publicly identified, non non-life-threatening injuries.
