What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person at Adleta Ct in Dallas, TX on March 17th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 5 a.m. According to investigators a Honda Civic was southbound on Aurelia before crossing at Skillman St before veering from the wet roadway into a construction zone. There, reports say the vehicle struck a concrete barrier, the impact seriously injuring both the driver and a 32-year-old passenger, identified as Arturo Cantu Jr. Cantu was hospitalized with injuries he later died from. Authorities did not have any additional information available.
