What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed at Spur 408 in Dallas, TX on October 11th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:23 p.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle operated by 60-year-old Arturo Castorena was northbound on Spur 408 at the time. For unknown reasons, the vehicle collided with a tractor-trailer in a right lane, causing it to lose control. Reports say the motorcycle fell onto its side, ejecting Castorena from the vehicle. The truck involved is said to have continued northbound without stopping, however, authorities could not confirm if that driver was aware of the collusion.
