Teague Police Department officials are investigating a crash that killed two people at Hwy 84 in Freestone County, TX on April 10th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Mitsubishi was allegedly traveling on an incorrect side of the road before colliding with a Jeep. The vehicles caught fire in the collision, killing two occupants of the Mitsubishi. They were identified as 38-year-old Ashley Clark and 40-year-old Dustin George. The passengers in the Jeep were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
