Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed at least one person at County Line Rd in Elgin, TX on March 11th, 2023. Officials are saying the incident happened around 8:42 p.m. Police say a Kia Soul operated by a 57-year-old Garland woman was headed southbound when it allegedly crossed an into a northbound lane while headed southbound. It then collided with a Chevrolet Silverado, causing non-life-threatening injuries to its occupants. They were identified as 23-year-old Miguel Reyna and 23-year-old Jovita Rebolloso. A passenger in the Kia, identified as 42-year-old Aundress Booker, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. The driver had injuries believed to be serious. Additional information was not available.
