Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at Seguin Ave in New Braunfels, TX on September 28th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:06 p.m. A Dodge Charger operated by 59-year-old Elaine Golla was reportedly traveling northbound in southbound lanes before it collided head-on with a Hyundai Elantra operated by 29-year0old Bach Viet Le. Both drivers were seriously injured and Golla reportedly admitted to consuming "2 or 3 shots" of an alcoholic beverage prior to driving, according to responding officers.
