What Happened

Authorities have information on a crash that injured two people at I-20 in Odessa, TX on June 11th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 6:49 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Cruze headed southbound on Grant Ave. At the same time, a Chevrolet Silverado was eastbound, stopped for a red light. After allegedly receiving a green light, the Silverado is said to have proceeded into the intersection before it was struck by the approaching Chevrolet Cruze. Police did not confirm which vehicle had right of way. Authorities say the driver of the Cruze, identified as 27-year-old Bianca Orona, was seriously injured.
