Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a bicyclist at Parkfield Dr and Neans Dr in Austin, TX on October 25th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8 a.m. A Ford Expedition operated by a 43-year-old Austin man collided with a bicyclist that was stopped along the east curbline. The bicyclist, a 54-year-old Austin man, suffered fatal injuries. A Failure to Stop and Render Aid charge was issued for the Ford driver.
