Reports say the vehicle turned right at Saenz Street before colliding with a motorcycle headed southbound. Reports indicate the motorcyclist, identified as 26-year-old Blake Mulvaney, was fatally injured. Sources indicate Improper Lane Change and Operating Motor Vehicle Without Valid Driver License were recommended and/or issued against the driver of the Buick.
