Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a woman at US 84 in Brown County, TX on October 6th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2:50 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer headed northbound is alleged to have failed to yield right of way before turning left, into the path of an approaching Nissan Frontier operated by 50-year-old Bonnie Jo Cassaday. Officials say the vehicles collided before the truck lost control, striking a Dodge Ram 1500. Police say Cassaday was seriously injured in the crash while the others involved were uninjured.
