Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at Loop 340 in Waco, TX on July 25th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:15 p.m. A Ford Mustang operated by 25-year-old Bradley Lee Jarrard is accused of following too closely behind a tractor-trailer.
