What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at US 87 near Wall, TX on December 14th, 2021. Officials are saying that a Ford F-550 headed northbound on US 87 suffered a tire blowout that caused it to lose control. It then reportedly crossed a center median into southbound lanes and crashed head-on into a Chevrolet van. The driver of the van, identified as 55-year-old Bradley Lindsey, suffered fatal injuries while the driver of the Ford, a 42-year-old Corpus Christi man, was not injured.
