Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at North Freeway Service Rd and Remington Valley Dr in Houston, TX on July 21st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:55 p.m. According to investigators, an unidentified male pedestrian was allegedly walking in a middle travel lane before he was struck by a Lexus RX 350. The pedestrian, identified as 38-year-old Brandon Lemon, suffered fatal injuries. The driver, who police allege displayed signs of intoxication, was arrested on a DWI charge. Police say the driver is not believed to be at fault for the collision.
