Authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person at State Hwy 225 in Pasadena, TX on December 29th, 2023. Police are saying the incident happened around 2:16 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Camry was westbound on State Hwy 225. At the start item, a Ford Mustang was also westbound, ahead of the Toyota. Officials ay the Mustang allegedly experienced mechanical trouble and was in the process of attempting to exit the roadway before stopping completely in a lane of travel. The Ford was struck by the approaching Toyota, veering into a concrete divider in the impact. The crash left 36-year-old Toyota passenger, Brandon Winters, fatally injured. The drivers of both vehicles, neither who were publicly identified, as well as an additional Toyota passenger all had possible injuries. Additional information was not available.
