Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Business 20 in Odessa, TX on March 13th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:50 a.m. According to police, a Toyota Corolla operated by 22-year-old Brayan Horacio Garcia allegedly failed to control its speed and collided with Dodge Ram stopped at a red light, pushing the Dodge onto a street sign and guard wires. Garcia, who investigators allege may have been under the influence of alcohol, suffered fatal injuries. The driver of the Dodge was evaluated for possible injuries.
