Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a woman at South 15th St in McAllen, TX on May 29th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. According to investigators, 43-year-old Brenda Belmontes was on-foot on 15th St when she was struck by a vehicle.
