Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured three people at State Hwy 332E in Lake Jackson, TX on October 2nd, 2021. Police say it happened around 4:02 a.m. A Chevrolet Silverado operated by a 36-year-old Houston man was headed eastbound on Hwy 332 when it crashed into right-hand guardrail and became disabled in a lane of travel. An approaching Honda Accord operated by 36-year-old Brenda Denise Lopez collided with the Silverado and Lopez suffered serious injuries. The Houston man and his passenger both had minor injuries and police issued the man a charge of Driving While Intoxicated.
