Authorities in McLennan County, TX, are investigating a serious two-vehicle crash that occurred on February 7, 2025, at approximately 6:59 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. Highway 84 and Native Oaks Road. A Ford Ranger was traveling north when it failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign and collided with a Toyota Prius traveling west. The collision left the 60-year-old driver of the Toyota, identified as Brenda Griffith, seriously injured.. The 54-year-old driver of the Ford, who was not publicly identified,  was uninjured. The incident was associated with failure to yield at a stop sign.
