Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured tw drivers at Rebecca Creek Rd in Comal County, TX on November 27th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:50 p.m. According to investigators, a BMW 330 operated by 66-year-old Brett Miller was northbound before losing control at a curve in the road. The vehicle is said to have veered from its lane before colliding head-on with a Ford F-250 operated by 41-year-old Michael Mauldin. Reports indicate Mauldin suffered non-life-threatening injuries while Miller was more seriously injured.  Sources indicate a Driving While Intoxicated charge was recommended and/or issued against Miller.
