Odessa Police are investigating a crash that inured a pedestrian at I-20 in Odessa, TX on September 21st, 2023. Police believe the incident happened around 6:30 a.m. According to investigators, an eastbound tractor-trailer was involved in a collision with a pedestrian. It was stated by officials the pedestrian, identified as 22-year-old Brian Armendariz was the operator of a vehicle that had overheated. Armendariz was reportedly standing outside the vehicle near the front hood as the tractor-trailer is alleged to have veered from its lane, striking both and eventually a utility pole.
