Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-610 and Hempstead Rd in Houston, TX on June 9th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:25 a.m. A Toyota Camry operated by 24-year-old Brianna Jene Bowden reportedly was disabled in a travel lane without active lights when it was rear-ended by a Ford Mustang operated by a 24-year-old Richmond, TX man. Police say that Bowden allegedly admitted to consuming alcohol before she was taken to an area hospital for treatment of serious injuries. The other man was not injured.
