What Happened

Area authorities identified a woman injured in a two-vehicle crash at Hwy 151 in San Antonio, TX on September 23rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:25 a.m and involved a pickup truck and motorcycle. Investigators allege the vehicles were both traveling at high rates of speed when the pickup truck lost control for unknown reasons and overturned. The motorcycle followed and also crashed as a result. Witnesses reportedly saw the operator of the motorcycle hide the bike and leave the scene. They allegedly also saw the pickup truck driver remove alcoholic beverages from the truck before assisting a passenger from the vehicle and also leaving the scene. The passenger, identified as 21-year-old Brianna Anita Gomez, suffered serious injuries. Additional information was not available.
