Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at County Rd 2565 in Bosque County, TX on July 10th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:18 p.m. A Polaris Ranger operated by 32-year-old Jarred Borth reportedly lost control during a left turn while traveling at an unsafe speed. It then went into a skid and veered from the road, ejecting 36-year-old passenger, Brittany Way. Way was seriously injured while Borth suffered minor injuries and was charged with Intoxication Assault.
