Police say the incident happened around 6:07 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 operated by a 46-year-old Sherman man was headed eastbound on the Hwy before colliding with a Kia Telluride at an intersection. Officers allege one of the vehicle may have disregarded a stop sign or traffic signal and further allege possible driver inattention as a factor. 31-year-old Brittni Calvert was seriously injured in the crash, according to police.
