Police say the incident happened around 9:30 p.m. Investigators believe a Honda sedan operated by 59-year-old Sheila Lavalle was headed northbound prior to veering into the southbound lanes and colliding head-on with a Kia sedan operated by 23-year-old Brittnie Eldridge Adaway.
